We seek an articulate, curious, go-getter to fill our part-time Client Relations position.


You’ll spend 70% generating sales through new and existing client relationships via phone, video and email, 20% setting up lead funnels and automation processes, and 10% on lead-generating activities.


Starting immediately, this is a contract temp-to-hire position with a probation period of up to 6 months. Flexible hours and commission-eligible after base is met. This part-time position begins at 20 hours/month, with the potential to grow into a full-time position after 6 months.



  • Generate sales with your passion for excellent customer service, well-crafted stories, impact video, and social media

  • Implement continuous lead funnels that integrate with automated software to target ideal markets with a personal, friendly feel -- from first touch to final close

  • Reach out to prospects, actively listen and ask powerful questions to identify needs, clearly articulate our value, and excite decisionmakers with custom solutions

  • Gently educate on technicalities, cost and value of our process during budget negotiations

  • Build genuine relationships by earning loyalty and trust through diligent follow-through and exceeding expectations

  • Collaborate with Head of Operations on lead-generating activities, including referrals, events, and partnerships

  • Help optimize automated software to maximize conversion rates, and streamline communication and deal-closing workflows

  • Attend brief weekly meetings, and daily 10-min status reports to maintain a high level of knowledge of current offerings, while reporting on competition and industry trends

You would be the face of our company to initial prospects -- and share our values of “People first, Picture second, Profit third.” You work closely and under supervision of our Head of Operations, while conferring with Head of Production on technical matters. You love knowing that your work directly helped us scale our team and boosted profits before the end of 2019.


  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of customer sales (ideally with commision) experience.

  • Excellent communication skills -- as in, people don’t want to get off the phone; you’re THAT engaging. Your emails/texts are typo-free, clear and succinct, with minimum back-and-forth.

  • Emotionally intelligent sales approach -- You never come across as salesy, just genuinely earnest and helpful, with poise. You respect a “hard no” while transforming a “soft” one.

  • Coachable AND courageous -- You’re a self-starter and eager to learn. While you’re bold, able to seek and grab invisible opportunities, you respect company leadership, approach, and values -- first and foremost. You also pursue and receive feedback well.

  • Adaptable, critical thinker -- You’re excited by technology hacks, optimizing automated software and streamlining systems to help us grow communication and deal-closing workflows quickly. As systems change, you go with the flow.

  • Detail-oriented AND big-picture -- You regularly ask us crucial questions to get the big picture, before you dive in to design the nitty-gritty. You pride yourself on being curious, and attention to detail.

  • Growth mindset and SMART goals oriented -- You code-switch quickly to a Growth Mindset whenever you find yourself in a Fixed one. You’re eager to apply SMART goals to benchmarks, and aren’t afraid to hold leadership accountable as well.



You’re comfortable optimizing and running targetted social media campaigns to generate leads.



In addition to $25/hr, you become commission-eligible after base quarterly goals are met (closing $2K a week for a solid month). 10% commission on all subsequent new prospect deals that quarter.
